HI,
I am doing project regarding "Fetal ECG extraction using
FIR neural network". For this project how can i get ECG recording data
and how can i use it in matlab program...

well, first you talk to a hospital or doctor who does
fetal ecg work and beg for some recordings. then you buy
matlab and probably the signal processing toolbox and
learn how to use it.

You should find some ECG datasets before recording real data.
If you are interested in ICA, you can download ICALAB
ver3.0. In the benchmark folder, there is some sample Fetal
ECG data (ecg.mat,...).

http://www.bsp.brain.riken.jp/ICALAB/

ICALAB also provides some useful algorithms to decompose
signal and allows you finding the Fetal ECG. e.g AMUSE,
EFICA, SOBI, EWASOBI, ... with kurtosis ranking, or Hoyer's
sparsity ranking...
