Hi,
I am trying to do image stabilization of moving picture,
but problem arise in reading avi videos so can any one
give suggession regarding how to read avi videos.

There are two functions for reading avi videos:

1. aviread
2. mmreader

Both are included in Matlab, you don't need the image
processing toolbox to use either of them. If aviread
doesn't work, you can use mmreader.

is there any way mmreader function can be made to work for verson 6.5 ? i have this version of matlab and aviread does not appear to read many encodings.
