Hi,

Does anyone know how to do model II regression? I have two
columns of data X and Y, both have uncertainties. I know
model I regression can not be used here. Is there a way to
do the regression on Matlab?

Thank you so much!

I appreciate your time for helping me.

Have a good one.

Dear Peter,

Thank you for your kind reply. That seems very promising for
me. I will let you know how it works later.

Have a great weekend!

It works great for my data. It seems that there are lots of
Matlab pros here.

Thank you so so much!

BTW, do you know how to get the coefficients of
determination and p value for this method (PCA analysis)?

Thanks.
