Hello!

How can I connect to a USB device using MATLAB?

I tried to insert a disk on key and used the function:

obj=visa('ni','usb')

But I got:

Invalid RSRCNAME specified

What should I do?

Thanks!
Adi.

Hi Adi,

The resource string comes from the vendor tool. In you case
you need to get the VISA resource string from National
instrument's MAX (Measurement and Automation Tool).

Please refer to the following link for more details.

Hope this helps.
