hi,
I am trying to use the "classperf" function to evaluates the
performance of data classifiers. But I don't know what some
of the CLASSPERFORMANCE object public properties mean in the
bioinformatics toolbox.Do you have a detailed description of
the properties like: 'Sensitivity','Specificity' and
'DiagnosticTable' etc for MULTI-class classification in the
properties? Thank you!

Regards,
Arthur

I can answer. My answer is "NO", I do not have any description
of -any- part of the bioinformatics toolbox (and I always find
it a pain to find toolbox documentation on Matlab's web site.)

So your question has been read and understood beyond matlabcentral,
but so far those who have had time to answer have implicitly
answered with "I don't know."

Oh,it's really annoying that Matlab do not have
documentation for the bioinformatics toolbox, like the
definition of multi-class specificity and sentivity and
DiagnosticTable in the "classperf" function:(
