  Hi,

  I have overlaid a series of coordinates atop an image:

  x=[2,5,1]; %X-coordinates
  y=[8,3,1]; %Y-oordinates

imshow('Image.bmp')
  hold on
  scatter(x,y,'.k')


I actually have thousands of x and y coordinates that need
to go atop the image. I would like to be able to look at
Image.bmp and see the coordinates atop the image so that I
can get a sense of where the most coordinates are located
(e.g., heat map).

Does anyone have any suggestions?
