My question is : How to estimate the best fit (optimized
parameters) from a set of ordinary simultaneous
differential equations. In other words, The differential
equations have to be fit to a given set of experimental
data and the best fit parameters which describes the data
have to be obtained. The initial conditions for solving the
initial value problem is also given.

Thanks
