I have the following DICOM. Firstly I would like to know if
the slice thickness units are in mm . Also how do I convert
pixel values to Hounsfield units (or CT number)

btw...the RescaleIntercept is 0 and the RescaleSlope is 1.
THe pixels range from -3740 to 11617
