Hello,

How do I store data after the users press the "Push Button"?

Basically what I'm doing is, the users will be asked to
click on the "Play" button for the audio, then they will be
asked to answer "Yes" or "No" by clicking on the push button.

And then I would need to save the results of the test. The
audio will be played randomly.

Ideally, I want to have something like this-

Subject 1

   Audio Answer

1. Piano Yes
2. Guitar No
3. Drums Yes

Subject 2

   Audio Answer

1. Piano Yes
2. Guitar No
3. Drums Yes

Which particular topic should I look into for this kind of
data storage/retrieval?

Thanks in advance
