I want to modify the Zdata in the 3D figure, for example,
all data are multiplied with 100. I don't want to change
the data one by one manually, how to do the change in batch?

Is the "enter expression" useful? Thank you for your helps!

No, "enter expression" is useless for this purpose.

Are you sure that you really need to multiply the ZData,
and not just change the axes zlim ?

Anyhow, let H be the handle of the object you want to scale
the ZData of, and let Scale be the factor you want to
multiply by. Then,

set(H, 'ZData', Scale * get(H,, 'ZData'))
