Hello,
I need to perform a certain action and I am not quite sure how to do this.

1] I want to call/execute a second GUI(GUI2) from another GUI(GUI1).

I do not seem to be able to reference GUI2 from GUI1.

Is there a solution this problem ?

This is a really common question here and if you search you'll find lots of answers. In general, if the handles of both guis are visible, there's nothing stopping you from having them interact. You may need to use guidata giving it the other gui's handle to swap the handles structure between gui's.
