Can anyone help me with this issue? I run my code and the first cell I choose to see or edit works but then the next I try it will throw me this error...

It's either a bug or else you are using an incompatible java version.
Check your java version against the documented requirements for
your matlab version. If it is in range, then report the situation
to Mathworks.

Yeah my java version was out of date but I downloaded already the latest one and I still get the same error. I guess I will report this to MatLab. How do you do this? First time I will do something like that.

There's a Contact Us link at the top of each page on the MathWorks website:

http://www.mathworks.com/company/aboutus/contact_us/

If you're in the US or Canada, use the links located directly on that page;
if you're in another country, select it from the dropdown menu. That way,
if there's a local office in your country (like in France, for example) you
can get the contact information for that local office.

http://www.mathworks.fr/company/aboutus/contact_us/

Being able to talk to someone in your own time zone can help resolve
problems more quickly :)

I can't remember the exact detail and syntax, but I have a friend who liked to construct his cells in a bizarre way (at least to me and IIRC the constructed cell could be like an infinite looping cell), and it makes Matlab crashes almost every time he tried to display the cell. That was with Matlab 2006A or 2006B.

this would be useful
http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-1812J.html?solution=1-1812J

MATLAB has its own JVM, but some environment variables might cause it to
use an installed version. If this version does not match the one MATLAB
expects, strange things are known to happen.

You have not mentioned which version of MATLAB you are using. The above
link might help you get relevent information.
