Thread Subject: Insert data in an activex control

Hi, my version of matlab is R2008a. When I insert a table in my gui and then I compile it, it doesn't work. So I'm trying to put my results in an activex control. Is it possible? How can I handle these controls?

Search for 'Oceanmap' on the file exchange - that contains a basic example for writing data to and from ActiveX tables within GUIs.

It's not brilliant code, as I was just learning MATLAB when I wrote it - but well commented at least.

Not sure about other platforms, but it should work on most windows computers.

Oh, there's another similar utility available... this time using an MS spreadsheet embedded in a gui. Looking at the code for that might give you a few hints.
