Hi all,

I wonder if anyone here in this forum have had any experience of running ITK registration programs from within Matlab. Because I have a lot of registrations to run, I wrote a simple script to help automate the process. Unfortunately, I got error as the following:

../../MI_RigidRegistration: /thayerfs/apps/matlabR2008b/sys/os/glnxa64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9' not found (required by ../../MI_RigidRegistration)

I am running ITK programs on Linux, using Matlab R2008b. I am pretty sure this is because some environment variables were not set properly. Any input to make it work will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
