I have got one project in Master's whose objective is to maximize a function using GA...
I am using MATLAB for this purpose as I am poor in coding...
How to proceed please advise me...
I have formed the fitness function as= 1/(1+obj. function)
I have the lower boundaries and upper boundaries of 4 variables(constituting the obj func)...
How to proceed then???
Urgent help needed...
Thanks in advance...

Suggest you start with reading the help documentation. type 'help ga' in the command window. you can also use the GA tool (type 'gatool') which will aid you in setting up your problem.
