Dear friends,

Is there any matlab statement that is similar to the DoEvents in C, C++, C#? What I am trying to do is the follwoing:

In the CallBack of button; I am writing some lines of code to disable some GUI controls and then there a long for loop (more than 1 hour). The thing is that the controls will not be disabled until the for loog finished, but I want then toi be disabled before the loop starts. Is there anyway to do that?

Thanks in advance for your help.
