# Thread Subject: latex axis tick labels

Subject: latex axis tick labels From: Dale Date: 2 Mar, 2009 00:35:03 Message: 1 of 2 I am using: set(0,'DefaultTextInterpreter','latex') But no matter what I do, the axis labels are not being rendered with latex. I have a plot I want to go from -pi/2 to pi/2, and rather than displaying the decimal values, I want it to display $-\pi/2$, $-\pi/4$, .... Setting the axes ticks with latex code does not see to work. Anybody have any experience with this? Thanks, ~Luke

Check out these two contributions which offer some solution to this problem. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/16003 http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/15986 Regards
