sinusoid curve fitting lsqcurvefit

Hello,

I am plotting the intensity values at each pixel point from different images on a single plot. It should ideally form a sinusoid. Being experimental data it does not. I want to fit a sin curve on to the data.

Can anyone please tell me how i should do this? I know i have to use lsqcurvefit but i can not figure out how to use it on my data.
