Hi,
I have got a 100 x 100 pixel image.
For each pixel i would like to calculate the texture property namely contrast, anisotropy.

Saw somewhere that we need to calculate second moment matrix for each pixel for calculating the above mentioned contrast and anisotropy.

Could anyone help me in this regards, i.e calculating the contrast and anisotropy of each pixel of a image.

Check out std2() or std(). Or you may want to try to find MATLAB code
that does Haralick-type of texture analysis, because there is no
single definition of texture. Haralick defines 14 different metrics,
and you could some up with some of your own if you want.

While you are checking up Haralick you might want to check up on Laws texture analysis. Worked for me when I needed it.
