I have 2 functions u and v

I want to find the Integral of

 (x u'' v )dx from zero to one. where u'' is the double derivative wrt x.

I need the formula as I have to do it on paper (not on Matlab).

(u'' v) dx ... it can b solve through integration by part. but now I have as additional x.

  Unless you state what functions u and v are, there is no way to assist you. Integration by parts methods can solve many integration problems but these all involve taking advantage of particular properties of the functions involved.
