Suppose I make a plot with title.
Why "findobj" doesn't show me the handle for title object?

Because it's hidden. Use FINDALL instead.

Would be easier to guess if you had given an example how you have tried so far.
The firs guess anyway..
By default the 'HandleVisibility' property of title text object is off.
plot(1:5);title('GG')
findobj('String','GG') % returns empty matrix

set(0,'ShowhiddenHandles','on')
findobj('String','GG')
