MPC Controller configuration

I'm currently having trouble configuring an MPC controller for a fed_batch plant am considering. Everytime I try to import a plant model (linearized plant model from simulink), the following error message results:

"Could not assign linearization i/o. Message returned was: Error evaluating 'InitFcn' callback of MPC block (mask) 'MPC Controller'. Error using lti.kalman. There is no convergent kalman estimator for this plant model and covariance data".

In my system I have 1 manipulated variable and 7 output signal properties (6 unmeasured, 1 measured).

If anyone have any suggestions how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Stephen Craven

Hi Stephen,

Can you please submit a help request:

It is hard to diagnose your problem without seeing your model.
