How to make a .p file?

Subject: How to make a .p file?

I have a script named histogram.m made in matlab.

I want to make a protected matlab file with extension .p

I used pcode function:

>>pcode histogram

And it makes in work my p file as I wanted that use cryptography. It works for a script!

Now my question is: (How to use pcode function for a gui?)

If I have a gui called Gui.fig and the script associated is Gui.m how I can make my whole gui protected?

Or it simply works if I write in command window also:

>>pcode Gui

Also I want to know if you can use a pcode function after you made your matlab file executable using -mcc.

I wait your responses!

Thanks in advance,

Michael

Michael,
My first reactions is just try it first.
for one, if it works, it works.
secondly, if it does n't work, we will have a more detailed reason why not (the symptoms and the error messages) which would help greatly to help you.
