Thread Subject: How to attach activex control to uipanel

Hai everyone,

      I want to add activex control to uipanel. but it doesn't attach the uipanel. It attached to the figure so plz give advise

Are you using GUIDE to do this ? DId you add the uipanel to the figure layout area AFTER adding the activex control ? I have noticed that this happens in GUIDE when panel is added later, if you draw it around a 'child' uicontrol, it does not attach as panel item. If you drag the uicontrol (in your case activex control) out of the panel boundary and then drag it back in, it will attach as a child object. Keep the 'object browser' open when you do this, you can see the hierarchy change when you drag the uicontrol back.
