Thread Subject: mle for mixture of distribution

Hi,
I want estimate some of the parameters using MLE method , where it include mixture of distribution , Poisson and normal . I used standard optimization algorithm i got the parameter values . But the problem of getting standard error is the problem.
Please anybody help me how to use matlab mle for a mixture of distribution to get the standard error or any other method ?
