Thread Subject: MATLAB & Simulink

I want to learn MATLAB and Simulinmk which is related to Electrical Testing and Measurement tools. I will be glad if I can learn Basics of MATLAB & Simulink in this field of area. I want to learn how can I use existing C code in MATLAB to make a more Functional oriented and Modularized way.

Kindly reply if some one who knows how to approach these concepts and show me a better way to learn.
