Warning: MAT file C:\Documents and Settings\naor\My Documents\MATLAB\nTune_export.mat is
generated for
 M-file C:\Documents and Settings\naor\My Documents\MATLAB\nTune_export.m.
Please keep them together to run the M-file.

What is this MAT file? Is it necessary? If so, what is the advantage of exporting at all, if instead of M-file+FIG-file I just end up with M-ile+MAT-file?

Thanks,
-naor
