How about them For loops, aren't they fine?
Loopin' and loopin' in minimum time
How about them For loops, aren't they grand?
Make'n them vectorizers wring their hand
How about them For loops, aren't we pleased?
Leavin' our fast code easy to read
How about them For loops, haven't you tested?
For loops might leave your vectors bested
How about them For loops, aren't they finer?
Look at them loopers beat your one liner
How about them For loops, what's the crime?
All thanks to MATLAB and just-in-time

nice one Matt but there has to be a trade-off: either optimize your
code for Matlab or revert to a lower-level language such as C
