Hello!

I developed a GUI with several .m files, .fig files, and .mat files. The GUI also can load or save examples, stored in .mat files. I was wondering if I could compile the whole GUI in one .exe file. I tried it with "deploytool" using the the file I firstly execute in matlab (called main.m) as the main file and another files as "Other files". The resultant .exe file does not work.

Any suggestions?
