tmtool has an option to "refresh" or "scan for connected instruments".
Is there any way to invoke this procedure from the command line?

Thanks

Hi Ming

The refresh button in TMTOOL calls INSTRHWINFO with the various documented
options to enumerate available instruments. You can write a script to do
this. In fact, current versions of MATLAB probably do what you want in the
INSTRSUPPORT function.
