Hi, I am using the latest version of OS X snow leopard and latest
version of Matlab R2009b. From the website I see that the latest
compiler version of g++ Matlab supports is 4.0.1

I have to install/configure *mex* in matlab with the syntax 'mex -
setup'. Even though this step runs smoothly when I run the sample file
to test mex I get errors.
mex yprime.c -> i get errors when I run this.
I would like to switch the default compiler from 4.2.1 to 4.0.1 in
snow leopard.. IS this possible or any other alternatives?

My objective is to run libsvm (svm toolbox) on matlab 64 bit for mac
osx.
thank you,
arun.
