Subject: Same JacobPattern across multiple calls to lsqnonlin

Hi everyone,

I have a large optimization problem in which I need to make multiple calls to lsqnonlin, but the structure of the problem (i.e., the JacobPattern) is the same between calls. It seems that there is some overhead when running lsqnonlin involving figuring ordering and grouping the variables. Is there anyway to avoid having lsqnonlin redo this computation every time?

Thanks!
Noah
