Hi

I wanted to know if its possible to implement something like this
http://www.google.com/finance?q=NASDAQ:GOOG

I create a figure (1) and plot the data a time series.
Will i be able to get the display the data of the graph as i move the mouse pointer over it?

I have learnt that i can use WindowButtonMotionFcn. But I am not aware how to implement it and also how to restrict the mouse movement similar the link above.

Kindly Help
Thanks

It should be easy to modify GUI_24 to do this.

Hi Matt

Thanks for the reply.
I have already implemented something similar to GUI_24. However i was stuck in trying to implement something similar to the webpage i posted. As and when u move ur mouse pointer over the graph, the mouse movement should be restricted to follow the graph and give me the x and y values. I am using this for a financial application.

Thanks
Divakar
