My question is very simple …..

What is the relation between Math Lab and Neural Network?

How Neural Network use Mathlab and why we don’t use C language program

Mark;

why you call it Math lab? it is called MATLAB? I do not see an 'h' here

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MATLAB

Matlab has a toolbox for neural network
http://www.mathworks.com/products/neuralnet/ so it might make life easier
for you. Unless there is something like this in C. But it is easier to do
graphics and plots in matlab.
