Thread Subject: How to detect overlay text in video

Hi.. I am doing project on detecting the overlay text (Caption, date and time, etc.,) from the video. there are so many detection algorithm but they also detect the scene text (board signs, street boards, etc.,). please help me to detect only the overlay text.
