 I have a relation database using Access and has the fields like ID, time, value and some values are missing.
I want to load the data and delete all the rows missing data.
Could somebody try this before?

Hi if you have database toolbox, you can definitely load the data into matlab. See...

There are a few contributions i File Exchange that might be useful - if you don't have the Database Toolbox.
