Thread Subject: How to sample perfectly

Hi, there
I've generate 1000 QPSK symbols, then convolution with a raised cosine pulse shape ( with impulse response 101 samples with roll off factor=.6)
After that ,I add SNR=20dB to the symbol.

question is: how to sample perfectly at the receiver and compute the errors?
