Hello,
what is the best way to determine the current tail time of an IGBT. It is not on the Manufacturers data sheet. Is there a way to find an approximate value?

Regards

Hello,
I cannot help you immediately. But it must be possible to calculate it by the help of the switch losses. Google for "Switch Losses IGBT", I hope this information will help you.

Regards,
Frank
