Hi,

I need to generate a code from a simulink model, but under 'Configuration Parameters' I don't have 'Real-Time Workshop' tree on the left side.
On the Simulink Library browser I have a Real-Time Workshop item with few modules inside, so I suppose it is installed.

What couold be the reason?

Regards,
Nikolay

What do you get when you type ver at the MATLAB command line?

It is:
>> ver
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MATLAB Version 7.9.0.529 (R2009b)
MATLAB License Number: 61276
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Version 5.1 (Build 2600: Service Pack 3)
Java VM Version: Java 1.6.0_12-b04 with Sun Microsystems Inc. Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM mixed mode
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MATLAB Version 7.9 (R2009b)
Simulink Version 7.4 (R2009b)
Communications Toolbox Version 4.4 (R2009b)
Control System Toolbox Version 8.4 (R2009b)
MATLAB Compiler Version 4.11 (R2009b)
Optimization Toolbox Version 4.3 (R2009b)
Signal Processing Blockset Version 6.10 (R2009b)
Signal Processing Toolbox Version 6.12 (R2009b)
Simulink Control Design Version 3.0 (R2009b)
Symbolic Math Toolbox Version 5.3 (R2009b)

I can't see Real-Time Workshop here... Does it means that is not installed (don't have a license for it)? If 'yes' why I have RTW under Simulink library browser?

Regards,
Nikolay

Yes, it does mean that you don't have Real-Time Workshop installed. I have
checked the license number (#61276) and it definitely does not include
Real-Time Workshop. Why you have Real-Time Workshop in your Simulink
library browser is a mystery. Did you install MATLAB from scracth or did you
install it on top of a previous installation (which maybe had Real-Time
Workshop). You'll need to contact your account manager if you want Real-Time
Workshop added to the license. I happen to work with him so I can ask him to
get in touch with you if you want.

Hi Arnaud,

Thanks for clarifying that!
We will discuss in the group what additional toolboxes we will need and will get in touch with our accunt manager.

Best regards,
Nikolay
