Thread Subject: Invoke interop of Matlab from scheduled job

Hi,
I am using the Matlab interop in a .net C# solution.
The exe is scheduled to execute at a particular time on a windows 2003 server.
However the interop of matlab seems to be failing although it does run as required when executed in a manual mode.

It looks like the issues is with some permissions over the interop object?
Can anyone guide me on what could be the reason and what is the solution?
