hi.
I'm trying to run matlab from command prompt, but for some strange reason matlab gives me a slightly different result compared to running the same thing from matlab desktop.

i'm using this line to run:
matlab nosplash -wait -nodesktop -r runtestUser

You'll have to give us more details, like:
1. What does runtestUser do?
2. How different is "slightly different"?

I run Matlab from the command prompt all the time and have never had
such a problem.
