Hi, I need to sample randomly (unified) without repetition out of a vector.
I know the function randperm(), the catch is that the vector is huge and not really on my memory, I need a function that'll generate only m<<n integers in the range of 1:n

And why didn't you explain in the original thread what it was you
actually wanted?
