Create a tiff image from quiver

Dear User(s),

I'm actually working on a program which generate a quiver plot.
I'd like to export the quiver plot to image J in a tiff format.
The problem is that when I simply make "save as tiff" the size of the resulting Image does not correspond to the size of the object I used in quiver.

Thanks for replying,

MB.

So?
Is that the ONLY problem?
Why sould the size in one format be the same size in another format?
Or am I not understanding your problem?

Try:
export_fig test.tiff -painters
You'll need to download export_fig from:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/23629
You'll also need ghostscript installed on your system.

%Generate quiver plot with scale = 1 and save as a lossless tiff
quiver(A(:,1),A(:,2),A(:,3),A(:,4),1);
print('-dtiffn', 'filename');
