Hi
Is it possible to linearize a SimPower Model using Control Design toolbox. IS there any examples or references for it.

Yes, you can linearize SimPowerSystem models with Simulink Control Design.
For a basic demo of how to do linearization, you can take a look at this:

Sometimes SimPowerSystems models have switching systems that do not yeild to exact linearization. If that is your case, linearize using new, simulation-based linearization method that was added in 9b.
