Please help me to find a du/dt at t=1sec and t=1.3sec for a square wave signal.

Please see the above link to see the signal. It will be better to find du/dt of a signal at any given point. Embedded MATLAB or Signla processing block set or MATLAB level-2 M file will be very halpful. I would like to learn this if any body can halp me in this matter.
