Thread Subject: run time error

To whom it may be concern,

i always having a problem with mathab/simulink when using shortcut command by keyboard; i.e if i use i want to rotate a block, normally we use ctrl n R keyboard. if i use these two keyboards it will hang-up and restart the whole matlab. one window display a run time error with a description about problem in ...bin/win (not remember).

action taken by me is uninstalled and reinstalled back even i format my notebook but the problem still occur.

Kindly need an urgent advice. Thanks.
