I have a number of 2D RGB images (m x n x 3), which contain objects. The boundaries are selected, in all the images. But now I want to convert these selected objects to a 3D volume, so that I can rotate and slice through these objects.

Does anyone know how to convert RGB objects to a 3D space?

1) Read the book.
2) Learn how to program matlab (or some other language).
3) Implement the ideas from the book.

First of all I didn't want to believe that Matlab is not capable of doing the thing I wanted, building a 3D volume out of 2D slices. But now I've made it in Avizo and it is looking spectacular. Thanks for all the help!

You're welcome. Avizo truly is a spectactular package that can create
some stunning visualizations simply unavailable in MATLAB. Glad you
were able to get up to speed so quickly. It's a really powerful
package that can take some time to master if you want to get into some
of the fancier capabilities.
