Greetings again =]

Is it possible to manually label (systematically) previously clustered spikes? I presume that i could interfere manually with the sigTOOL data struct, but that would be a bit cumbersome I guess. I was wondering if there is something already in place for that?

The reason: I am looking at complex spikes in the cerebellum, which are hard to cluster since they are proportionally very few, though they do have salient shape features that would allow an experienced observer to recognize them.

Thanks again,

Mario

Dear Mario
Not at present I'm afarid.
For complex spikes, a hardware implemented Bak & Schmidt style time-voltage window discriminator oftens proves best (IEEE Trans Biomed Eng. 1977 Sep;24(5):486-9.). Implementing that in software is on the TODO list for sigTOOL.

Malcolm
