Hello Everyone,
I have a GUI that is able to load a datcom file using the command datcomimport. My question is:
What can i do in order to display the values of those data in my workspace? I know the datcome file is loaded as a structure thus all the variables are inside it but my ultimate goal is to be able to show the values of the variables in specific boxes in the GUI.
any help is appreciated
thank you

Hi,
Please take a look at this demo:
http://www.mathworks.com/products/aerotb/demos.html?file=/products/demos/shipping/aero/astimportddatcom.html

You import DATCOM data:
>>alldata = datcomimport('astdatcom.out', true, 0);
now to get access to, say, altitide values:
>>alldata{1}.alt
to get access to the second altitude value
>>alldata{1}.alt(2)

Hope this helps.
Arkadiy
