Thread Subject: Help needed : Spline Interpolation

hi im looking for guidance for how to use Spline interpolation. The
help file in matlab not very detail about this topic and i could not
apply it to my project. can someone tell me how to use it in detail or
give links to refer from? My project uses image, and i have to
calculate the area of he image. I have to use spline interpolation for
it.
